The achievement of this Quality Policy and the consistent maintenance of the associated high level of service require a structured and disciplined approach by all staff in the various activities forming part of the services in accordance with the principles of Quality Assurance.
The Management of CPG aims to ensure that this policy is undertood, implemented and maintained at all levels in the organisation.
This statement represents the Quality Policy of CPG and formed the basis of our ISO 9001 certification that was obtained in October 2000 and re-awarded in December 2003 to the revised standard as a Supplier of Assessed Capabilty to SAZS ISO 9001:2000.
